APE Presentation
The Parents’ Association (APE) of Jeannine Manuel School was founded in the early 2000s out of a desire to strengthen the bond between families and the school, in a spirit of kindness, solidarity, and collaboration.
Since its inception, the APE has evolved over the years to adapt to the needs of an increasingly diverse and multicultural school community. Today, we welcome families from many backgrounds, united by a common desire: to support children throughout their academic journey in a bilingual and globally accessible environment.
Through events, support initiatives, and a regular presence in school life, the APE contributes to a school where everyone has a place.
Objectives et missions
The primary mission of our association is to represent all families within the school and to foster dialogue and exchanges between parents, teachers, and administration. Our actions are structured around four main areas:
- 👨👩👧👦 serve as a liaison between parents and the school administration,
- 🎉 organise events that create opportunities for engagement, involvement in the EJM community, and meeting other families at the school,
- 🤝 welcome and support new families to ensure their adjustment goes smoothly,
- 🎓 support the school’s initiatives.
Because the richness of our school also comes from its diversity, we are committed to organizing events that are open to all cultures represented in our community.
➡️ The Parents’ Association (APE) is an association open to all parents, regardless of language, origin, or seniority. Everyone can participate in their own way, whether occasionally or regularly.
